JFM Chartered Accountants was established in 2003 to provide a wide range of advice and support.  Our focus is upon creating strong relationships with our clients and to bring our experience to their businesses from having created, managed, grown and successfully sold our own businesses in the past.

Our team has extensive experience across a range of business sectors and our own personal experience of dealing with day-to-day business demands is what sets us apart. Our aim at JFM is to help you to make your business grow and succeed. This is based upon strong working relationships and the provision of responsive support.

Our clients have a varying levels of in-house business and financial expertise and our job is to enhance this, facilitate and enable clients to focus on what they are good at whilst we help to complement their existing team.

Our experience is broad and varied and we can either provide bespoke professional services or wider commercial support. However, we do believe in ensuring that specialist support is provided where required and we work with a number of other specialists and will refer our clients to the appropriate expert in these circumstances.

Jeremy trained and qualified with Deloitte Haskins & Sells, which subsequently became PriceWaterhouseCooper in the UK. He founded JFM in 2003 working with a small number of clients looking for specialist financial support – their external FD.

During the last 16 years, he has worked with owner managed businesses to develop their strategy and plans, which has included raising acquisition, development & growth finance; and realising the value in their business through full and partial exits.

He has very broad range of skills and experience across different business sectors including finance, ecommerce, education & training, retail & service sectors. He proactively looks for opportunities for business improvement, has a hands-on approach and a track record to delivering business success.
